Each session begins with a brief discussion about your goals and intentions. We’ll then guide you through a specific breathing pattern. Sessions typically last 30-45 minutes and can include physical sensations, emotional release, and deep relaxation.

Wear comfortable clothing, find a quiet space, and bring water. If you’re joining virtually, make sure you have a good internet connection. It’s also helpful to have a blanket, pillow, or any items that help you feel grounded.
